These Website Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of smartcreditresolutions.com and related webpages, forms, portals, content, and online features operated by J Sorto Enterprises, Inc., a Texas corporation doing business as Smart Credit Resolutions ("Smart Credit Resolutions," "Company," "we," "us," or "our").

These Terms govern use of the website. They are not a substitute for any separate credit repair, funding, or other service agreement you may enter into with us. If you purchase services, the applicable written service agreement and required disclosures will govern those services. If there is a conflict between these Terms and an executed service agreement, the executed service agreement controls with respect to the purchased services.

By accessing or using the website, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the website. You must be at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to use the website or submit a request for services.

Credit repair services may include review of consumer credit reports, identification of potentially inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or unverifiable information, preparation or submission of disputes or requests where authorized, review of responses, and credit education. Any exact scope, price, billing method, performance period, cancellation rights, and other client-specific terms will be stated in a separate written agreement.

Funding-related services are separate from credit repair. We may provide education, readiness assessments, referrals, introductions, or assistance with applications to independent lenders or funding providers. We are not a lender and do not control underwriting, approvals, interest rates, credit limits, loan amounts, fees, or other lender terms.

We do not guarantee any specific credit score increase, deletion or modification of any credit-report item, approval for credit or funding, loan amount, interest rate, credit limit, or timeframe for results. Credit bureaus, furnishers, creditors, lenders, and other third parties make independent decisions that are outside our control.

Nothing on this website should be interpreted as a promise that accurate, current, and verifiable negative information can or will be removed from a consumer report.

5. No Legal, Tax, Accounting, or Investment Advice

Website content is not legal, tax, accounting, or investment advice. Smart Credit Resolutions is not a law firm and use of the website does not create an attorney-client relationship. When appropriate, we may provide information about independent professionals or law firms, but any engagement with them is separate from Smart Credit Resolutions.

Consumers may have rights under federal and state laws relating to credit reporting and credit repair, including the right to dispute inaccurate information directly with consumer reporting agencies without using a credit repair organization. No fee becomes due merely because you visit the website, submit a general inquiry, or accept these Website Terms. Any fee for paid services is governed by the applicable written service agreement and applicable law.

Submission of a contact form, questionnaire, scheduling request, or other inquiry does not obligate Smart Credit Resolutions to accept you as a client or guarantee eligibility for any service.

Opting out of marketing texts does not prevent service-related communications that are necessary to administer an existing relationship, to the extent permitted by law.
